Window replacement

I have been waiting close to 2 months to get a window replaced. Every time I call, I'm told I'm on the list for a crew that will be in my area.

This is ridiculous. I was bugged every week to give this company referrals after my 10,000 worth of windows were installed. Now I have to wait this long to get one replaced?!! We have had strong winds in my area, and I let them know this too.

Still nothing but "I'm on the list". I am not happy!!!

Disappointing results

So I just received a message that Windows USA reported to pissed consumer that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction-----FALSE!!!!!! They sent someone out to see if the windows were installed properly, THEN tried to tell me the problem is that I didn't have my entire house done with their sub-par product.

While the truth is, their fast-talking salesman very clearly told me that if I got the largest windows in my home replaced (which I did), I would see a significant improvement in my bill AND outside noise (because I live near the airport)...... which neither has "lie" has come to fruition. Windows USA is a sham.

Their reps are extremely good at "talking the talk" but they certainly do not "walk the walk".... DO NOT FALL FOR THE NICETIES folks!!!!!

Had windows installed over a year ago and have been making monthly payments religiously; however, the promises made in regards to the benefits of these windows has been extremely and ultimately unfulfilled. I live very near an Airport (Houston Intercontinental) and my BIGGEST concern was the noise.

I was practically promised that installing Windows USA's window in the only window in my bedroom would definitely be a noise buffer... IT HAS NOT AT ALL!!!
In addition to that situation, it was promised that these windows would significantly help on my utility bills... IT HAS NOT!!! I live alone and have changed absolutely nothing in regard to my energy usage, but my energy bills have remained the same or higher.

So basically, the $5500 that Windows USA ripped my off for should be returned to me or at least paid to ALLY (who I financed this garbage with). I've been paying double my monthly payment since the beginning and feel simply foolish for paying anything more.

And please know, it's not as if I'm wanting something for free. Windows USA can put my old style, old fashioned windows right back and take their useless windows and install them in some other sucker's home.

We had a pretty severe storm last night with heavy winds and rain. This am saw water running in the hallway and standing in the dining room area by the left Conner of the room.

The the primary issue is we just had new floors installed, and we clearly do know how extensive the damage is for obvious reasons.

I can clearly see where water has settled in the seals, on the floors, and carpets. I guess there may be some issues with the new floor since they just finished it yesterday that obviously will be clearer in time.

Jennifer Oneal was wonderful. She worked with me day on and day out to get my issues resolved.

The techs that she sent out did an amazing job and was very respectful and customer friendly.

The installer that was sent to my house was very professional and did his job perfectly. He worked very hard and I am very satisfied with the work that was done by him.

The communication between the company and I was outstanding. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend Windows USA to someone else. Jennifer Oneal is the CEO of the company. She called me around the clock to insure I was satisfied with the work and the staff.

I give my overall experience a 10. Thank you Jennifer and thank you Shannon as well for your none stop work in this weather.

You didn't complain and your work speaks for itself. Thank you windows USA I love my new windows.

The installer was not professional. I have a two story brick home and when he arrived to install the windows he was afraid of heights.

The neighbor and I had to help him install them. He said that the house was too big for him to do the job and he cracked the brick and the masonary cement around all my windows. The windows did not save any money on my electricity bill. The bill is actually higher and my ac unit recently went out.

I couldn't use any of the windows to put a ac unit in. Had I had known that i wouldn't have changed my aluminium windows.

The sales man sold me sliding windows but I would have put the same size windows in had I known that I would need a regular sized window to put in a ac unit. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

glass in patio door

My name is Jerry Alexander, 1206 West 7th, El Dorado, AR 71730 I had a patio door installed November, 2007, and the glass in the door has fogged over and I need it replaced. Please contact me and set up a date to install new glass.

It is the glass on the right side.

You recently replaced the glass on the left side. thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Alexander’s thought they were contacting Windows USA directly for service for their door. We have spoken with them this morning and have a replacement ordered for their door. Window install and customer service

We had new windows installed in our home. The installers were very friendly and polite.

We had a few minor cracks and chips in paint of our home after the install. We contacted customer service and they got right on fixing every little detail I pointed out.

We absolutely love our new windows you can feel a huge temperature difference and they block so much sun! We could not be happier with the look of our home or the way windows USA has treated us!!

Window install

I'm just wondering if it is normal for your installers to install from the inside of the home instead of the outside? They scuffed up some of the paint and the wood around my windows from where they had to force them in. I wasn't expecting to have any damage inside my home because I now have to live with it or pay to have it fixed.

Windows USA has very aggressive salespeople and they will stay till they make a sale.They have a very good product but beware of outrageous starting price.Hang in there and if you get them for half of starting price or ten per cent over half good job you made a good deal.

Did not uphold "we can fix any space before window installed"

We live in an older home. Told sales rep we would undoubtedly need repairs to window opening on two windows we knew of. His response " we can repair, fix any opening before installation.

We have three windows all on same side of house that are not level. Of course this was not noticed the day we wrote check. After dealing with the harassment about referrals for days they finally came out to see my problem.

Response! We'll there is nothing we can do about that. Too bad we did not notice this before payment.

Then they continued to call about my referrals! Sure I said I would give referrals complete with pictures of the unlevel windows. That stopped the calls cold.

Make sure you check level of windows and really get up close to see all caulking is neat. And if you have hardwood floors don't let them out of your sight. They will drag buckets across your floors leaving scratches. (We had just resurfaced ours and explicitly asked them to take care).

We love the windows, but we paid way too much and it was a nightmare. Please compare and have prices in mind before you call them. And wait before committing, the price will come down. We just we're not prepared for the aggressive sales pitch and we had not done enough research.

Window USA, is a joke DO NOT TRUST THEM ON THE REFERRAL PROGRAM THEY USE IT TO MAKE YOU THINK THAT YOU WILL MAKE MONEY ON IT, BUT IT IS A BIG FAT LIE. YOU MIGHT GET A FEW HUNDRED AND THEN IT WILL STOP!

THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES AND THAT WILL BE THE END OF IT! GO TOO HOME DEPOT THEY WILL HAVE THE BETTER DEAL BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY HAVE THEIR HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY DO THE WORK AND THEY ARE TRAINED TO DO IT AND IT IS INSURED WITH THEM FOR LIFE!

WINDOW USA IS TO MUCH FOR THE WINDOWS AND THEIR SO CALLED WINDOW INSTALLERS ARE SUB CONTRACTED OUT AND MOST OF THE WORKERS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING SO WHEN GETTING INSTALLERS ALWAYS CONSIDER WHO IS DOING THE WORK AND IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY! Window Usa set an appt to come out to see me and the guy did the presentation and gave me a 100 dollar gift card, he said I didn't have to buy anything if I didn't want to but he became very upset because I wouldnt sign a paper then he called his boss and some more peoples with the company like I was a child in trouble I stilled refused he got up and started pacing through my house talking on his phone like he was at home refusing to leave I still didnt buy nothing he started saying that I call them and I said wait a min you lying I didnt call u u called me because ms jones referred me to u in 2008 so that's a lie it was getting late and I had to cook for my family u gonna have to leave so bye then he started calling me crazy I told him that I wasnt going to do it he needed to leave yet he was refusing to do it I thought was either going to have to call the police to remove him from my house are pull my gun o. Him I will never let another sale person in my house again

Companies bring this on themselves.... Don't give away gift cards, it will get you cheapskate, un serious, whine on the internet leads.

There are better marketing strategies.

U are right they wont give in they don't care all they want u to do buy those windows they don't care if u and your family don't eat they just care about there pay check not u are your family I told him I couldn't pay for those he still wanted me to sign papers I don't ever want them to look my way again or I will have the police to come over to dismiss them they are bad business rude talk crazy

Same presentation. Started at $14000 for what they called 12 windows.

It's actually 9 windows of varying sizes.

After 2 hours they came down to $8500. I don't even bother to tell them I have an estimate for replacing the low e windows that have bad seals on the same 9 windows for $2300.

Sounds like you encountered Bill Downhour, racists and there top salesman. Will make a sale to an AA, and call them the N word shortly after walking out the door.Never accept the first offer if you buy from them.

Tell them it's too much they will drop the price at least 4 times.

You will get the " Oh there such great people, I want to give them the best price for this great family" routine.I was hired by them only to return home after 2 weeks of training to scramble to find another job. Hey Bill I hope people in Arkansas see this and your true colors.

Only one good thing-WalMart gift card!

Our salesman was Bo from Arkansas. He was very nice and personable.

He and my husband talked about football and other man stuff. For the first hour, I was intrigued. I had my mind set that I would not buy that day because I like to research. Who doesn't???

Bo became obsessive after the first hour and around the time that he told us about the awesome deal we were getting. One low price, one day only, may not be here tomorrow, no guarantees, blah blah!! He talked so much that we thought he would stop breathing. He gave us a price of $10,000 for 9 windows and the price eventually dropped to $5,992!!

They kept saying "We are impressed with yall and know that yall are good people". They met us only 2 hours before and knew nothing about us other than that we are potential customers. Bo seriously would not leave my house. After 2 phone calls with random sales people, I said "no more phone calls tonight, it's bedtime".

He did not get the message and kept rambling. He then told us that they are not a car lot so bargaining after the meeting would not happen. Bull***! They want our money and I'm sure if I keep refusing, they will give it to us for free!

Take the gift card and with every purchase, remind yourself of the terrible deal you saved yourself from!! I worked for 2 hours and 45 minutes for that gift card!

Not my country, guess racism runs rampant in Arkansas

If you choose to buy from them ask for 200 dollar walmart card at the last minute or cancel. Ask for immediate quote if your interested in buying windows.

Then wait for 4 to 5 different quotes.Just say can't afford it, and watch the price drop as they put you on the phone with someone from there office. Just say I can't and watch the price drop, drop ,drop. However this special deal is limited to tonight only!!! Oh really the price dropped 4 to 5 times in one meeting.

The salesmen are based on commission, if they tell you hourly they lie.I was hired by them only to go to Arkansas and train for 2 weeks.

To return home to no job because of there top racists seller Bill Downhour. Got him on video saying "***"

Had my windows done and had an absolute great experience! I have been in sales before and sounds like you are posting this in retaliation for not being kept after your training. Their BBC rating is A+ and I can see why.

Bad Rap

WOW you know my wife and I were referred by one of my wife's peers, we were looking for windows, and yes the sales demonstration was scheduled late at night and took a little over two hours. However after having shopped for windows for a little over a year and being very aware of our options and the price of not only windows but also installation we were sold.

Seriously , the salesman Scott I think was his name. was very nice and answered all of our questions professionally. Here is the deal, he handed us a $100 Wal-Mart card right away, and the lady who schedules the installation called us twice to let us know that the windows would be done early and installed after only 3 weeks from the day we signed the agreement. Here we are after two days of installing 20 windows and the installers ROCK!

not only are they professional but they are well mannered and courteous and most of all they are clean!

They have taken extra time to install the windows correctly. I don't know who wrote the other reviews but I would do business with these guys again in a heartbeat.

You must be someone that works their! Because only window usa would make a reply like that.

Look at the name on your sales ticket the salesman name would be on it. All companies will put a good response.
