Take the Card and Make THEM Pay!
I was recommended to these guys by 2 relatives who used them. But after getting the high pressure sales treatment and having them reduce the price $6,000 when we refused their original offer, it doesn't take a math genius to figure out how these guys can afford to "give away" so many Wal-Mart cards.
What really makes me angry is that I now KNOW my relatives got taken from these guys!
So, go ahead and schedule these guys if you want the card, listen to their spiel, then take the card and say "I have to think about it." Stick to your guns and immediately, your price too will go down...way, WAY down. I can't speak for their quality because I wouldn't let them change a light bulb in my house, but I as a consumer will not be *** enough to fall for their scam!
Price Bait an Switch !!!!!!!!
Today, I really wanted to buy NEW WINDOWS....But after three hours of CAR SALESMAN tactics...I was totally turned away from this company....PRICE only good TODAY....MUST sign today...not tomorrow.not next week.not next month...TODAY....only today....the longer we talked the lower the price....WHY was I not given the BEST price to start with I say....$8000.00 down to $7000.00 done to $6000.00. WHAT the heck kind of business practice is THAT ????
And only good TODAY....HELLO !
Jus wish I had looked at this Internet BEFORE allowing these people into my HOME ....BUYER BEWARE ....everything written on here is exactly what happened to us.....every story the same....AND the only ones happy with this company are EMPLOYEES ....paid to write nice commits..... So stressful...So makes me appreciate the LOCAL company I have chosen to to go with..and the decent ,pleasant, ethical salesman who came to my house and did an awesome job for us.

installed windows July of 2012, I mentioned then the defect in a window and was told by installer it would be replaced imediately. I called the company 2months later and they knew nothing about it but would get it taken care of imediately.
Needless to say it is now Feb2013 and it still has not been taken care of, also there referal program is bogus I gave them ten names with the promise of $25 per name but was told none were usable even though 2 of them were old houses in my neighborhood. The neighbors were called and told that they do not qualify.

Windows USA called me and set an appt. for rep.
"Randy" to come out and demo the windows. I explained that I would be interested but I will not buy on the spot! When he came out it took 2-1/2 hours of boaring "how windows are made" lecture. Half way through I told him I was not interested in how they were made and just to give me a quote!
He acted like a little kid wanted to take his toys and go home! Caught him in a couple of lies like first he said if he didn't finish the demo he wouldn't get paid and then said he was on salary! The we played the call the boss for a lower quote game for 1/2 hour! Started out at 7k and they went down to 5k for 7 windows!
Kept putting down other window companies too! Got a Wal-Mart gift card for $100 and they said I would get a check in the mail for another $100.
I say save yourself, take the $$ and run! These guys are true salesman and for a person who is not savy about these sales pitches could end up dishing out a lot of money!
Windows USA nightmare
We just had the 3 1/2 hr presentation. I will admit the windows seem great but we had 13 windows to replace.
The price started out at 17,998, then 14,700, 12,560 and final down to 11,850. all the rep did was make rude nasty remarks about the other window companies. I told him we only wanted an estimate. I had to start packing his items to make him leave.
He left telling me he was salaried did not care if I purchased or not. We had till midnight to decide on low amt he gave us
Five hour nightmare that won't end
Unbelievable. Jim Williams was the name of the person who came to our home. He said he was the vice-president and one of the original owners of the company. Very, very pushy, corny jokes, took over three hours from the time he arrived and measured to get a price.
When we said we weren't ready to buy yet, we didn't know that Jim Williams had only just begun. He called one of his subordinates, who got on the phone with us and basically belittled and talked to us as though we had a 5th grade education. Completely insulting. This went on back and forth for another hour. Jim ultimately tried to make us feel guilty by implying that we had committed to purchase just by setting an appointment! He said his appointment secretary, Mike Albritton, had driven him five hours out of his territory just to see us!! Really?
The worst part was that during the entire demonstration, Jim had gas. A bad case. Yet never excused himself from the room or apologized. The entire experience was nerve wracking and unsettling to say the least.
Windows USA - Avoid this Presentation
Wow. I call to have them give me a quote and for having them come out I would receive a $100 gift Walmart Card. Before I could get the card my wife and i had to give both of our SS# they told me it was to varify that i owned my home (that was a lie it was to run my credit without my permission).
After the 2.5 hour presintation and having me write on a peice of paper "show me how i can save money" i finally got my quote for 12 windows with no grids the starting price was 17K then 12K for signing right now. I then told him no. He then got "his manager" on the phone and after having the manager talk to me on the phone for 10 more minutes they then took off $2000, so now we are at $10K.
I then said no so then they brought in there "eco line" and then tell me that these windows are not eleigable for the Government tax credit and that only the alaskan would qualify (lie again) they then told me i could have the alaskin for $6,771 still $575 per window.
The salesman was loud, long winded, and someone that was just inconsiderate once i told him no.
glass in patio door

Windows USA sent out a technician after my post. He adjusted 2 windows and showed me where to apply pressure on the top of the windows to close and lock them.
He also said it's my fault the windows don't close and lock easily.
When a person pays five hundred to a thousand for a windows he or she shouldn't have to worry about having to put too much or too little pressure on a windows every time you close it. Windows USA will gladly send out a service technician to fix, replace, or tell you how to open and close your windows.
This is my second home with Windows USA
I had new windows (18) put in my home in Oklahoma and they were great. The installers did a great job even though it was over a hundred degrees outside.
Hottest summer on record. They had to take 2 days due to the heat. I was fine with it. The windows were so good one of the installers showed me you could open one and put total body weight on it and not hurt it.
My friend Steve in Snyder Texas was so impressed he bought them. I moved to Texas a year ago. I needed windows so of course I called Windows USA. I have had these windows less than a year and I have 4 that would not lock.
I called the service department. In Oklahoma someone unsuccessfully tried to break into my house due to the Window but Windows USA replaced it in 24 hours. But yesterday I was told that the windows don't lock because I pulled out on them when I opened them. These can't be the same Alaskan windows I bought before.
The lady politely told me to push on the top and lock them and in 48 hours they will reshape themselves. My neighbor across the street listen to the pitch on the windows and was going to buy some as soon as he sold some lots at the lake.
I told him yesterday to buy from Home Depot. He knows I hate their service!
Dissatisfied
I’m paying all this money for these windows. I was told during the demo the I would need the cold or heat from the other side of the window.
That was a lie.
The windows sweat. This is a gimmick.
Window install and customer service
We had new windows installed in our home. The installers were very friendly and polite.
We had a few minor cracks and chips in paint of our home after the install. We contacted customer service and they got right on fixing every little detail I pointed out.
We absolutely love our new windows you can feel a huge temperature difference and they block so much sun! We could not be happier with the look of our home or the way windows USA has treated us!!

Got no response from Windows USA through Pissed Consumer. Finally called them and they said the would send a Warranty Form for me to fill out and provide a photo to get the window replaced.
I've had them replace one of my screens some years ago. No problem. I'm sure they'll replace this window too, it just seems to be more involved these days.
Love the windows. Love the lifetime warranty.
Inferior service all around
Windows USA screwed us, we have 4 windows that don't work right!, we had 11 windows put in on the last day of july of this year. We have Window Ac units and of the 4 they *** up on, 3 of them have those window ac units in there, they don't fit at all, we were promised windows sized to our ac units, they put the units back in and FILLED the sill around the units with 30 pounds of caulk!
They screwed the accordion side panels of the unit into the window, DRILLED 3 holes into the windows, and promised that we wouldn't have to move anything. We were told they sent their "senior installation team" well *** me because i wouldn't wanna see what their regular installation team would've done! Oh yeah!
One of our livingroom windows WON'T SHUT RIGHT! WE ARE PISSED AS ***

As of today, 10/29/2024 have never seen a report with a signature, contractor license on husband wife installer vs specialists on older homes. They secured the loan using a small tablet and question since representative marked down things that could not see on tablet which weird since my 65 Sony could have easily displayed issue forms of paperwork on it.
What they secured it with is alleged initials cannot be recognized on paperwork nothing breaking down charges showing, 43% window discount mistakes on form like wrong number of windows and no itemized bill for ten windows.
Besides, he marked quite a few times on tablet yet not seen any marks or difference of who actually marked forms and never finished follow up service that they came on a day when I had told them I had medical appointment. I got forms but nothing shows contractor license, breakdown of product vs service charges, but at risk of being turned over if do not pay so stuck without clear notice of issues or for what they charged.
Well talked to Supervisor asked why had not gotten email and she seem to be forgotten what we talked about but seem to take interest now. Reminding them two disabled seniors 71-87 suffering heat stroke in their home would not be good and different I got on 131 and 128 was their salesperson said if put sign on lawn after work which I did but still 131.
Window unit was removed and factory supports to relieve large 25+ btu units that can be configured to offset wait 3rd mount pushes against side of the house he did give me them back, but seem confused as much or more than I was since pulled pin removed plastic housing units not worked took from 7 PM to 4:20 AM off and on using test reset button till I got luck and now cannot do one things with control on front of air. Same unit was unplugged removed reassembled? I have the risk of unit going out at any time mid-summer August. '24.
Just hoping their supervisor remembers now and promised usable air unit works out still stressful, high blood pressure etc.
and this is really an unneeded bummer. Them not calling air guy after requesting info to call seems to be the way it goes.
Unit cannot be turned off and on, air unit now cost like 800 dollars or more. Installer removed 3rd unit supports maker puts on 25-30 BTU units, air conditioner controller fails to show status or work.

Sending this and asking because your representative quoted 9.9% but paperwork showed up of 26.99. Sent few inquiries as never got any paperwork and now get this credit card and 26.99% interest notice.
I went with your company because you did my moms house.
My old home made around thirties believe windows are old guess disaster forms filled out for government never worked so figured it was up to myself.
Anderson been around but he promised better service, installation, and product with 9.9% interest which is about normal for home repair loans which run 10% locally.
110 W Cummings St., Henryetta, OK 74437, asked about paperwork when emailed from your web site earlier and again today after getting banks notice on higher interest.
Michael Werner disabled senior and believe ten windows ended up being issue after bad winter and freezing up as well as leaking.
cfpb, back forth on phone, tablet harder to read for myself eye issues and injury, seems high at 10K plus for 7 med slide up down windows and 2 smaller bathroom size windows, gave no paper work so not sure if things are same once leave, never had a large loan and not get copies ever till this, written for paper work notice received email no response on any of them. (8/9/24 so waiting on them now since window installer removed and unplugged unit, air, control panel which now does not work roasted seniors in summer no buddy wants.)
Preferred solution: No paperwork quote was less on interest now putting credit card interest home improvement l.

If your going to buy from them, just keep saying no. After 4 or 5 attempts you will get the rock bottom price.
They will call the office every 15 minutes as you say I cant afford it right now.They will say " Oh they have such a nice home,great people, really want to help them, blah blah blah. Then hand you the phone, and amazingly the price drops, and drops and drops.12 k goes to 10.5 k then to 9k and lower.
